The red sport car that Ryan was sitting on is actually a seat for toddlers. Instead of letting the toddler sitting on a normal saloon seat, they converted it to sporty red car. Good idea indeed especially for toddler who doesn't like to sit still while his hair is cut.
This saloon is located next to CKS milenium supermarket, in between I-Ching and Dr Kissey clinic to be exact.

Invest KK
Dec 10, 2009I would like to share with you all about this very good blog about money and investment. I find that his website is full of advice and tips in terms of saving money and of how to invest wisely. For example, why it's not advisable to put your money in Fixed Deposit, what can you do with a 100k money, how to leverage, what is good and bad loan and so forth.
As the saying goes, money is the root of all evil. This sounds true if one isn't wise enough in handling their money. But again, without having enough money, it is also the root of all evil through robbery, snatch theft, fraud, etc...
Nowadays, saving alone is not enough. We need to 'put' our money into something in order for it to grow. With the introduction of GST next year, maybe inflation will get worse and things will be getting more expensive. CK Wong, the blogger of this website, like to phrase out that 'You cannot Grow land' and they TRY not to understand about money. I totally agree. As for me I'd like to think it as 'you can't grow money but can always manipulate it'.
So, money-saving conscious bloggers, do read his website at:

Do not wait...
Dec 3, 2009I've forgotten about this advice.
It somehow struck me because we always wait for something nice to happen. There is this word that I normally saw as a bumper car sticker, called P.U.S.H. Means 'Pray Until Something Happen'. This advice same goes with 'Do not wait for joy'. Of course we need to pray but at the same time we need to work it out to achieve what we really want to do in life.
I love this saying that says:
"Do not look for rest in any pleasure,
because you were not created for pleasure:
you were created for joy.
And if you do not know the difference
between pleasure and joy
you have not yet begun to live."

Cloth diaper madness again
Dec 1, 2009Recently, I've been shopping few cloth diapers through online shop. At first it was the Itti Bitti limited edition prints, then shop to Babybeehind brand and to Dream Eze fitted and few more other cloth diaper's brand. I bought one for each of the brand to try out which is the best to be used for night time.
Last nite, let Ryan use cloth diaper for the first after all this while which I've been using the Cds on him only during day time. No leak, no wet mattress. I am happy. I used the Itti Bitti AI2 and BBH magic minkee. It seems that they both are good enough to be used for night time.
Next hunt is fitted diaper which I really like because of the super cute prints. It is the Kiwi Pie fitted diaper. It's got a good review because it's made of bamboo and very stretchy. The only thing that's a let down is the price. Quite expensive.
So far, my favourite cloth diaper lists are the Itti Bitti with snap and Babybeehind Magic AIO. Haven't tried out the Dream Eze fitted yet. I surely will try out the Kiwi Pie fitted.
